I understand a weird condition as different from Astronomic Relations by my 19-23/8 projection.So,I think that this timerange is a development  by caused a condition of Geophysical Mechanism of Earth.Thus,big magnitudes(apprx. M5.0 environment) into this timerange are understanding as cause of a phenomena as regional.Also,Magnitude revisions into this timerange are expressing a increasing condition as different from decreasing as ordinary(This can express as other supplementary of weird conditions)

As summary,for condition into this timerange  I evaluate as caused a "Regional Effect" of Geophysical Mechanism (Thus,this M5.0 environment events are reflections of a Regional Pressure Effect by Geophysical Mechanism of Earth)
