 We can produce another 3D physical model of globe with a radial analysis on considering 90 degree radius referencing a central point.Where,expressing as most important point globe's qualified seismic dbase by neartime frame for radial analysis.For this aim,I discussed shortly an explanation for xy plane by Google Earth concept;
