The extrusive activity at the volcano continues.

The Pusat Vulkanologi dan Mitigasi Bencana Geologi's (PVMBG) tiltmeter instrument monitored an inflation trend located around the summit of the volcano in early September.
In addition, seismic instruments have registered fluctuating levels caused by hydrothermal activity.
Gas and steam emissions continue to rise 50-100 meters above the summit and dominate the eruptive activity at the volcano so far.
The actively growing lava dome continues to shed numerous glowing avalanches from the dome descending into SW flank.
The public is being warned to stay at least 3 km away from the summit.
