The PVMBG observatory's surveillance cameras observed a strong eruption at the volcano this morning.
At about 07:54 local time, an increasingly larger grey ash plume was seen rising to estimated 3,4 km altitude spreading northwest.
The seismic network reported a signal with a maximum amplitude of 32 mm and a duration of 105 seconds.
