 I am observing serious problems on timezone format of data sources handled for various application. In this point, I thought a necessity of establishing some explanations.

In this mean,firstly,caring to presented 'what type a timeslice' of time expressed at data source.At this point,conversion to UTC format of this timezone and a conversion to local format from UTC on your local application.

Otherwise,you encounter  to some negative conditions due to wrong transform of data established via international source...
