In summary,this type conditions are  characteristics of this regions!!!In this base,I considered a circle analysis;

As Summary, A transition role as circle zone centred based on Pressure systems of Cuba region is understanding...Also,A geologic source  province at this region is true...

So,PuertoRico express as a Continuous Earthquake Region due to  this stable condition; 


By the way,some realities for SE part of US thus can express...
