A new eruption took place at the volcano this morning.

At about 09:30 local time, a strong explosion generated an increasingly rising dense ash column reaching an altitude of about 5,3 km. The ash plume propagated to the east.
The local volcano observatory reported a seismic signal with a maximum amplitude of 32 mm and a duration of 282 seconds.
