A new seismic crisis started for the northern rim of the Dolomieu crater

 A new seismic crisis started between 22:12 and 22:26 local time yesterday beneath the northern rim of the Dolomieu crater, including 42 volcano-tectonic earthquakes.

No significant ground deformation was detected, meaning that magma arriving into the system is balanced by the magma being erupted as lava.
The magmatic reservoir continues to pressurize and the process may last within several days to weeks before (if so) magma breaks through the surface along a new section.
