    Where,I know some problems of users about module syntax of windrose.I perform a explanation for solution.Firstly,I say that you must install openpyxl on pip install openpyxl...And,you can establish a control with import of this module.You must install windrose with syntax of !pip install windrose as second step.Similarly,You can carry-out a control for this module with import.You can produce this steps via Terminal(I preferred IPython Console of Spyder for all of this steps).
